When silent tongues refuse to name the sin, The righteous falter, cloaked in timid peace, The church, a shepherd, locks its flock within, While wolves of vice grow bold and fears increase. No clarion call to pierce the shadowed air, No fire to burn the chaff from sacred ground, The meek inherit naught but cold despair, When courage lies entombed, no trumpets sound. Yet once were prophets bold with blazing word, Who shook the thrones of kings with heaven’s might, Their echoes fade where cowardice is stirred, And truth retreats beneath a shroud of night. O rise, ye souls, let not the dark prevail, For silence bends the just to wickedness’ gale.
When good is cursed, and evil hailed as just, A twisted age exalts the liar’s reign, The born-again stand firm amid the dust, Redeemed by blood, they scorn the world’s disdain. Their courage blazes through the darkened tide, Compassion flows where hate has carved its throne, In Christ reborn, they cast all fear aside, His truth their shield, His cross their cornerstone. The Savior comes, His light shall pierce the veil, No shadowed lie withstands His holy gaze, When evil’s mask as good begins to fail, The redeemed arise in victory’s blaze. Eternal King, His word shall never bend, Through those He saves, all falsehood finds its end!
The horrors surge where Satan’s will is sown, Unrelenting demonic torture reigns, A shadowed void where innocence is thrown, And tortured cries resound through ceaseless pains.
We cannot hide our eyes to this grim fate, Where rituals stain the earth with crimson flood, Each wail implores our hearts to not abate, To see the scars etched deep in flesh and blood.
Yet truth ignites a path through darkest hell, Salvation, the pinnacle of gifts, brings near, Rescue and deliverance shall prevail, To free the bound from chains of dread and fear.
Though evil’s grip with unrelenting might, We stand, unblind, to usher in the light.
The spark of life, a fragile, tender flame, Within the womb, a silent soul takes flight, A beating heart, too small to stake its claim, Yet bears a right to see the morning light. What hand dares quench this gift with darkened art, A Satanic rite, defying heaven’s will? In shadow cast, it tears the soul apart, And bends to evil’s cold, unyielding thrill. Each breath denied, a story left untold, A laugh, a tear, a dream that might have been— The scales of justice falter, uncontrolled, When innocence is offered up to sin. Oh, let us guard the helpless, undefiled, And cherish every mother, every child.
Words lash out, a rusted razor’s edge, Grace unyielded, a fountain choked with stone, Christ’s crimson tide, pent in a soul’s dark pledge, Shrouds it thick, a strangling vine o’ergrown! No soothing gale of speech breaks through the blight, Though whispered beams could pierce the fractured crust, Spirits shatter, entombed in voiceless night, Aching for mercy’s breath, now ash and dust!
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
2 Chronicles 7:14 (KJV)
God changes times and seasons; He removes kings and sets up kings; He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding.
Daniel 2:21 (KJV)
Heavenly Father, Savior sweet and rare, Blest Holy Spirit, Triune mercy’s might, We yield America, our love, our prayer, To Thee, O Lord, in whom all lands unite. Forgive her sins, a tide of dark offense, Her Laodicean drift, lukewarm and blind, The church’s stains, her guilt in negligence, Our deeds, alone or joined, that truth maligned.
Raise us, O God, to stand for Christ alone, To shatter greed, corruption’s twisted crown, Cast down the lust for fame, for power grown, Till Jesus reigns where hearts and knees bow down. May we repent, His name once more exalt, In homes, in squares, with awe that never fades, Lift high His banner, faultless, without halt, Adore the King through all our fleeting days.
Our rulers stray, in shadows deep they sink, Satanic threads weave through their legal maze, Morals rot, where demon whispers slink, While toys outshine the lost soul’s tearful gaze. O Jesus, heal this land, or swift return, To dwell with Thee where flawless light holds sway, A realm of peace, where joy and justice burn, Thy Heavenly rule gilds every endless day.
Till then, we turn, by faith, not sight, we stride, Repentant hearts aflame with holy plea— Restore our land, or call us to Thy side, Forever free in Christ’s eternity!
Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
Matthew 5:11-12 (KJV)
And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; 4and patience, experience; and experience, hope: 5and hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
Romans 5:3 (KJV)
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
Romans 5:22-23 (KJV)
As Christ’s own flame, a fervent heart aflame, A target gleams upon our backs, so stark— From lost souls blind, from nominals who claim, Yet ape the world in dress and worldly mark. Wolves prowl near, in wool their fangs disguise, While haters scorn our Savior’s precious name— May every dart, each stone, each hateful guise, Stoke passion fierce for Christ, our endless flame!
Let slander’s sting, persecution’s roar, Become our badge, a holy honor worn, Each lie a seed, blessed beneath the core, That blooms to gold, where Spirit’s fruit is born! Thorns prick here, and tears may carve their stream, Yet Heaven turns them crowns of radiant glee— We stand unbowed, in Jesus’ light supreme, Rejoicing still, till face to face we see!
Wherever feet may tread this mortal clay, We herald loud God’s gift, the gospel’s gleam, Time dwindles fast, a shadow’s brief display— Through Jesus, new birth shines, a sacred stream!
This is a faithful and trustworthy saying: If we died with Him, we will also live with Him; If we endure, we will also reign with Him; If we deny Him, He will also deny us;
What a hope-filled promise to be saved!
To live and reign with God is a delight
filled with joys and pleasures paved
for all eternity. But the sin of Judas is a plight!
