Dear Reader,
From the poet’s heart to yours—
I stand unashamed as a biblical conservative who believes the Republic was founded on Judeo-Christian truth, not man-made ideologies. This poem is my declaration: America is exceptional because she is one nation under God, not under government, globalism, or fleeting cultural winds. May these words stir courage in every patriot who still believes in life, liberty, the Constitution, and the Holy Scriptures that birthed our freedoms.
With bold conviction,
The Poet
In fields of gold where freedom’s banner waves,
Beneath a sky that stretches wide and free,
I stand with heart that swells and spirit braves
The sacred charge of sweet democracy.
One nation under God, from sea to sea,
Where eagles soar on thermals of the brave;
The blood of pilgrims, founders, and the free
Has forged a land no tyrant e’er could save.
Through tempests torn and trials fiercely tried,
Her torch still lifts its flame against the night—
For every soul who dreamed and fought and died
That liberty might claim eternal right.
O proud am I, with hand upon my breast,
To call this home, this beacon ever blest.
Where stars and stripes in glory manifest
The truth that God has made us one— the best.
Let mountains echo, rivers sing the praise,
And voices rise in harmony once more:
United we, beneath His ancient gaze,
A shining city on the hill restored.
So proud to be American, I cry—
One nation under God, till time shall die.
