  • Love the Lord with All Your Heart: This poem portrays the heart’s fervent devotion to God, describing it as a fire fueled by His grace. It emphasizes complete, unrestrained love through every beat and breath, guiding believers through joy and pain to worship their Savior, Lord, and King.
  • Love the Lord with All Your Soul: This poem depicts the soul as a sacred spark, wholly dedicated to God. It highlights the soul’s deep connection to Him, unswayed by earthly ties, responding to His Spirit’s call, and remaining steadfast in worship through all circumstances.
  • Love the Lord with All Your Mind: This poem celebrates the intellect as a divine gift for seeking God’s truth through diligent study. It incorporates 1 Corinthians 2:16 (KJV), emphasizing that believers have the mind of Christ, which guides them to probe Scripture, transform their thoughts, and align their minds with God’s will.

Each poem underscores a distinct aspect of loving God fully, with the mind poem specifically highlighting the role of study and intellectual pursuit in following Christ.

Love the Lord with All Your Heart

Verse: “Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.” (Matthew 22:37, KJV)

With all their heart, they seek God’s face,
A fire within, His boundless grace.
Each beat a vow, each pulse a prayer,
To love the Lord beyond compare.

No part withheld, no love restrained,
Their heart’s devotion fully gained.
In joy or pain, through every start,
God reigns supreme in every heart.

His love ignites their mortal clay,
A lamp to guide them on His way.
With every breath, their hearts will sing,
All for their Savior, Lord, and King.

Love the Lord with All Your Soul

Verse: “Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.” (Matthew 22:37, KJV)

Their soul belongs to God alone,
A sacred spark before His throne.
In depths unseen, His Spirit calls,
Their essence answers, breaks the walls.

No earthly tie can claim its core,
For God their souls were fashioned for.
In worship true, they soar, they cling,
To Him, the source of living springs.

Through trials fierce or peace serene,
Their souls’ devotion remains clean.
Forever bound in love’s sweet thrall,
They give their souls—their all in all.

Love the Lord with All Your Mind

Verses: “Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.” (Matthew 22:37, KJV)
“For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.” (1 Corinthians 2:16, KJV)

With all their mind, they seek God’s truth,
Through study’s toil, through wisdom’s youth.
The intellect, His gift divine,
To know Him more, His thoughts entwine.

They have the mind of Christ, their guide,
His clarity in them resides.
Each page they turn, each truth they find,
Renews their soul, transforms their mind.

No shallow faith will satisfy,
They probe, they question, seek, and try.
In study deep, God’s Word unfolds,
A treasure vast, His mind beholds.

With reason sharp, they’ll love Him still,
Their thoughts aligned to do His will.
O Lord, their minds are Yours to mold,
For Christ’s own mind in them takes hold.

In the End, God Wins: The Universal Confession of Christ’s Lordship and the Tragedy of the Lost by Debbie Harris

The poem, inspired by Philippians 2:10-11, is a majestic and exquisite celebration of Jesus Christ’s universal sovereignty as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. It portrays all creation—saints, angels, and even those who rejected Him—bowing before His name in awe and confessing His divine authority. The redeemed rejoice in the grace of Christ’s sacrificial blood, while the poem laments the tragic fate of unredeemed souls who, despite seeing His glory, face sorrow for refusing salvation. Vivid imagery of heavens, stars, and earth underscores God’s triumphant reign, culminating in the affirmation that, in the end, God’s love and victory prevail over all.

Philippians 2:10-11 KJV

That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

In realms where starlight weaves its golden thread,
And heavens bow beneath the Savior’s tread,
The name of Jesus echoes, vast, supreme,
The King of Kings, the heart of every dream.
All knees shall bend, from earth to cosmic shore,
All tongues confess: He reigns forevermore.

The saints, redeemed by blood so freely spilled,
Rejoice in grace, their hearts with glory filled.
With crowns of light, they sing His holy name,
Their souls ablaze with love’s unyielding flame.
Yet those who turned, who spurned the Lamb’s embrace,
Will see His face and know their rightful place.

From mountain heights to valleys steeped in shade,
From rebel hearts to thrones that pride has made,
All eyes will see the truth that pierces night,
The Lord of Lords in everlasting light.
No shadow flees, no refuge can abide,
Where Christ’s dominion will not override.

How tragic is the soul that stands apart,
Unmoored, unclaimed, with cold and hardened heart!
The blood of Christ, that crimson tide of grace,
Was shed for all, yet some deny its place.
To see His glory, yet to know too late,
The weight of choice that seals their final fate.

Oh, bitter tears for those who kneel in dread,
Unsaved, unhealed, by mercy never led!
The Lamb’s own blood, the ransom freely paid,
Could cleanse their sin, yet they His call evade.
While heaven sings and galaxies align,
Their hearts lament the loss of love divine.

Yet still His mercy calls through time and space,
A Savior’s heart extends to every race.
Before the throne, where justice meets with grace,
The door remains for those who seek His face.
In the end, God’s triumph shall unfold,
His boundless love, more precious than all gold.

Eternal King, whose name all worlds adore,
Your victory reigns from shore to endless shore.
The redeemed rise, their songs forever ring,
While Christ, the Lord, is crowned as sovereign King.
All will know, all will see, all will bow,
The Lamb’s redemption reigns forever now.

Sonnet of Worshiping God According to Biblical Order: All Things Done Decently and in Order Reveal God’s Character, Lifting Christ, Not Pagan Frenzy by Debbie Harris

ates worship that adheres to biblical order, revealing God’s character of peace and glorifying Jesus, while rejecting chaotic, demonic influences. It begins with believers gathering to offer psalms and teachings, using spiritual gifts to edify the church (lines 1-2). Tongues, when interpreted, build the congregation by making God’s truth accessible to all (lines 3-4). Uninterpreted gibberish and doctrines of demons that distort scriptures are condemned, as they oppose God’s orderly nature (lines 5-6). Instead, orderly worship reflects God’s heart of peace and truth, fostering love and spiritual light (lines 7-8). Prophecy is orderly, with one prophet speaking at a time to glorify Christ, rejecting pagan dances or seizures (lines 9-10). The Holy Spirit exalts Jesus, and worship remains harmonious through structured gifts (lines 11-12). The poem further contrasts demonic ecstasy, which breeds confusion, with peaceful, orderly worship that lifts Christ’s name and reveals God’s tranquil nature (lines 13-16). Finally, all acts of worship, driven by love, must be done decently and in order to exalt Jesus and promote spiritual growth for the entire church (lines 17-18

When saints in worship gather to adore,
With psalms and teachings, gifts to stir the soul,
Tongues, through interpreters, must sense restore,
Translating tongues to build for all the whole.

No wild, unmeaning gibberish may rise,
Doctrines of demons twist the scriptures’ role,
Orderly worship shows God’s heart abide,
To build the church where love and light enroll.

One prophet speaks, in turn, to glorify,
No pagan dance or seizure sways the ground,
For God’s own Spirit lifts our Lord on high,
In harmony, where ordered gifts are found.

No demonic ecstasy may seize the throng,
But peaceful order lifts Christ’s name in grace,
Confusion’s chaos sings no holy song,
God’s tranquil heart shines forth in worship’s place.

In all we do, let love’s true aim increase,
With order, lift our Lord for all prenant, I’ll expand the sonnet to an 18-line poem by adding a quatrain, allowing more space to emphasize “demonic ecstasy” versus “peaceful, orderly worship.” The rhyme scheme will be adapted to ABAB CDCD EFEF GHGH II to maintain structure, with the final couplet preserved for closure. Below is the revised and extended sonnet, followed by notes on the changes and alignment with your requests.

Finalized Title (Unchanged):

Sonnet of Worshiping God According to Biblical Order: All Things Done Decently and in Order Reveal God’s Character, Lifting Christ, Not Pagan Frenzy

The verses weave imagery of divine beauty, holiness, and power, with creation and angels bowing before Him. It emphasizes heartfelt praise and reverence, offering glory to the Savior in a sacred, worshipful tone.

O Sovereign Lord, enthroned in light,
Your name resounds through endless night.
In royal splendor, crowned with might,
We give the glory due Your sight.

Majestic King, Your voice commands,
The heavens bow, the earth expands.
With golden rays in holy bands,
Your beauty holds our hearts and hands.

In courts of glory, pure and grand,
We worship where Your angels stand.
Your name, a scepter, rules the land,
Its radiance more than stars have spanned.

O Savior, robed in truth and grace,
Your holiness adorns this place.
We lift our songs, Your throne embrace,
To honor You in sacred space.

With hearts alight, we kneel, we sing,
To You, our everlasting King.
Your name, a jewel, forever springs,
All glory to the Lord it brings.

The poem “Emmanuel, God With Us” celebrates the divine gift of Jesus Christ, described as the greatest gift of all time. It portrays His descent from heaven to a humble manger, embodying hope and redemption. Rich imagery captures His presence as a light piercing darkness, uniting heaven and earth, calming seas, and healing the broken. The poem exudes majesty and hope, depicting creation—stars, mountains, valleys—rejoicing in His eternal love and grace, with Emmanuel as Savior, King, and Friend, whose redemptive power endures forever.

In the hush of starlit skies, a promise gleams,
A whisper woven through eternal dreams.
Emmanuel, the Name that splits the night,
A radiant dawn, the Source of endless light.

From heavens high, where seraphs bow in awe,
To Bethlehem’s cradle, fulfilling ancient law,
The King descends, robed in flesh divine,
The greatest gift, where hope and glory shine.

His breath, the spark of galaxies afar,
Yet close, He holds the broken in His heart.
Through manger low and cross’s bitter sting,
He carves a path where captive souls take wing.

O Emmanuel, the Word that calms the sea,
In You, the lost find home, the blind now see.
Your presence gilds the weary world with grace,
A tapestry of love no time can erase.

The mountains sing, their anthems soar and rise,
The valleys bloom beneath Your tender eyes.
Each star, each soul, reflects Your boundless fire,
A gift of God with us—our heart’s desire.

Forever reigns the hope that Christmas brought,
Through Emmanuel, redemption’s battle fought.
O greatest gift, our Savior, King, and Friend,
Your love, our light, shall never know an end.

It emphasizes the joy and courage of sharing His love and grace, portraying the cross as a symbol of hope and faith. The poem conveys a commitment to proclaiming Jesus’ name boldly across all circumstances, from dawn to dusk, as an enduring testament to His eternal glory.

With hearts ablaze, we rise to sing,
Of Jesus Christ, our Savior King.
His salvation, bold and free,
The hope for all eternity.

No fear can bind, no doubt restrain,
We lift His name through joy and pain.
In every street, on every shore,
His love we share forevermore.

The cross, our banner, high we raise,
His grace, the fire that lights our days.
With voices strong, we boldly cry,
“Jesus saves!” to the heavens high.

From dawn’s first light to twilight’s gleam,
His truth, our song, our living theme.
Oh, let us proudly now proclaim,
The endless glory of His name.
