Created in God’s blessed image grand,
All humankind by His mighty hand,
Yet mortals bear a flaw within—
The stain of sin, where death begins.
But oh, what grace, the gift divine,
Salvation flows from Christ’s design!
Through Jesus, Lord and Savior true,
Redemption offered me and you.
May all repent, this gift embrace,
The greatest blessing of His grace.
Bless the Lord, O my soul, sing clear,
Forget not His benefits so dear!
