The Narrow Way Triumphant by Debbie Harris

Upon the narrow road a soul is called,
A birth anew beneath the heavens’ gaze,
Where shadows part and worldly din grows small,
The heart reborn finds light through darkened days.
No broad expanse of ease tempts steps astray,
Nor gilded paths with fleeting wealth adorned,
But steadfast will through trials holds its sway,
A quiet strength in sacred vows is sworn.
The privilege belongs to those who tread,
Where honor blooms in sacrifice sincere,
Each footfall echoes grace by choice instead,
A pilgrim’s song the angels pause to hear.
So forth they march, their ardent spirits soar,
This narrow road doth honor Christ their core.

From Stone To Holy Light: Royal Purple of Salvation’s Unveiling by Debbie Harris

Within the earth, a geode lies concealed,
A rugged shell of stone, so plain, so coarse,
Yet harbors deep within a hue revealed—
Amethyst gleams, a quiet, radiant force.

So too salvation waits, entombed, unknown,
In hearts obscured by doubt, by sin’s dull crust,
A treasure veiled, by grace through faith alone,
It cracks the dark, transforms the ash to dust.

The crystal’s purple blooms in light’s embrace,
A prism born from pressure’s patient art,
Salvation shines through mercy’s boundless grace,
Redeeming flaws that tear the soul apart.

From stony silence, beauty’s form is won,
As souls, once lost, reflect the Holy One.

Restoring The Spirit Of Acts In Our Time by Debbie Harris

In Acts, the faithful shared with open hands,
A church alive with love, no soul in need,
Their hearts unbound by selfish, earthly bands,
They sowed in grace, a pure and holy seed.

Oh, for a flock where burdens all are borne,
Where widows weep not, nor the hungry pine,
A brotherhood from dusk until the morn,
Each life entwined, like branches on the vine.

No gold they hoarded, none stood lone, apart,
Their table spread for stranger and for kin,
With fervent prayer and undivided heart,
They built a home where mercy dwelt within.

Restore us, Lord, to care as once they did,
A church renewed, where love is never hid.

The Process Of Being Born Anew By Our Triune God by Debbie Harris

From shadowed depths where silent spirits dwell,
A spark ignites beneath the soul’s repose,
The husk of yesterday begins to swell,
And stirs to bloom as life’s eternal rose.

The heart, once bound by chains of mortal strife,
Dissolves in streams of heaven’s golden rain,
Each breath a chisel carving boundless life,
Each pulse a hymn to wash away the stain.

No grave can hold what seeks the boundless sky,
No night too deep for dawn’s redeeming beam,
Through grace reborn, the soul ascends on high,
God writes our name in His book, ne’er to fade.

So falls the veil, so rises flesh to grace,
A child of light, embraced by boundless grace.

The Donkey’s Voice by Debbie Harris

Based on Numbers 22:21-35

When humble beast, with burdened back, gave tongue,
A miracle beneath the desert sun,
The prophet’s ears, by pride so tightly strung,
Heard truth from lips where silence had begun.

The angel’s blade, unseen by mortal sight,
Stood guard to turn aside a wayward fate,
Yet through the donkey’s voice, in meekest might,
God’s mercy spoke to mend what pride would break.

Love enfolds each creature, great and small,
From sparrow’s wing to braying beast’s refrain,
A poet’s heart may hear the tender call,
Where life itself becomes a grand refrain.

So every soul, by grace, a hymn may sing,
For love resounds in every living thing.

The Poet’s Living Scroll by Debbie Harris

When life unfurls its vast and vibrant scroll,
A poet finds their ink in every breath,
Each joy, each pang, enlivens heart and soul,
A tapestry of birth, of love, of death.

The sunrise spills its gold on waking eyes,
The storm’s wild howl sings chaos into verse,
In laughter’s lilt, in tears that softly rise,
The muse of being shapes what lines express.

No barren page confines their boundless art,
For every street, each face, becomes their quire,
The world’s own pulse beats rhythm to their heart,
Its fleeting hues their endless, fierce desire.

So here, where life and lyric intertwine,
The poet’s joy is boundless, pure, divine.

Breath Of Grace by Debbie Harris

Each fleeting minute of this sacred race,
We draw the breath of mercy, pure and free,
A gospel wind that wraps us in embrace,
Unstained by guilt, from condemnation flee.
No shadow lingers where His light has shone,
No chain of sin can bind what He’s set right,
The cross has spoken, every curse undone,
And love eternal floods our souls with light.
Unburdened, lifted high by grace divine,
We walk the path where freedom’s anthem rings,
Each step a hymn, each moment’s pulse a sign,
Of Christ who reigns, of peace His Spirit brings.
So here we stand, forgiven, bold, and whole,
The air of grace the lifeblood of our soul.

Royal Fanfare For The King Eternal II by Debbie Harris

The trumpets flare with molten golden cries,
Their fanfare splits the velvet dusk apart,
Where banners blaze with hues of molten dawn,
Proclaiming Christ, enthroned in heaven’s heart.

His crown ignites—a wildfire laced with stars,
His scepter carves through storms with blazing light,
The oceans roar, their waves like sapphire swords,
A symphony of thunder shakes the night.

The cherubim, with eyes of diamond flame,
In torrents sing till galaxies resound,
The seraphim, their wings a scarlet blaze,
Cast halos down where mortal kings are crowned.

Eternal King, Your glory gilds the skies,
A hymn that paints the soul with paradise.

The trumpets blaze with golden notes on high,
A fanfare echoes through the boundless skies,
Where regal banners lift toward realms unseen,
Proclaiming Christ, the Lord of all that flies.

His crown outshines the stars in midnight’s reign,
His scepter parts the chaos with a word,
The heavens bow, the oceans sing His name,
A symphony no mortal ear has heard.

The cherubim in ceaseless chorus call,
The seraphim with wings of flame adore,
While kings of earth cast down their fleeting thrall,
To kneel before the One forevermore.

Eternal King, Your triumph fills the air,
A royal hymn of love beyond compare.
