Their eyes, uplifted, seize the Savior’s flame,
A cascade of light where Jesus’ brilliance pours.
Their faces bloom like dawn through fog’s thin frame,
Each cheek alight where heaven’s fervor soars.
No ash of shame withstands that holy blaze,
Their brows, once heavy, gleam with starborn dew.
From hearts unbound, dark waves of sorrow raze,
As golden rays their quaking souls renew.
Like beacons lit by sacred, boundless spark,
Their visages glow with hues of endless morn.
No shadow dares to dim the spirit’s lark,
In Christ’s fierce love, their fears are wholly torn.
So let us gaze, till we, with glory crowned,
Proclaim His light, our faces triumph-bound.

When daunting tasks like mountains rise to view,
And weary soul shrinks back from toilsome load,
The Lord, my steadfast guide, stands ever true,
His strength divine upon my heart bestowed.

Though labors steep demand my faltering might,
His presence kindles fire within my breast,
Each arduous step, He bathes in holy light,
And bids my trembling hands to find their zest.

No task too vast, no burden breaks my frame,
When He, my rock, upholds me in His care,
Through trials fierce, His love remains the same,
And scatters fear with grace beyond compare.

O Lord, with Thee, no hardship shall I flee,
Thy strength my shield through all eternity.
