His gracious hand, so patient, bends to mend,
Compassion flows where broken hearts reside,
A love so rich no darkness can transcend,
Transforms the soul where once despair had cried.
Not distant hope, nor promise yet to come,
But life reborn beneath His gentle sway,
The chains of old, their power overcome,
A new dawn breaks within the light of day.
Slow to His wrath, He crafts us each anew,
A gift of grace to shift the inner tide,
Through mercy’s lens, the world takes brighter hue,
In Him we live, by Him we’re sanctified.
Thus sing of change, of hearts by love remade,
A Lord whose gift redeems our fleeting clay.
