Every life lived for the glory of Jesus Christ, our Savior,
Is a heroic servant’s poem, etched in grace divine.
Not forged in thunder of kings or crowns of gold,
But in quiet surrender, where the soul is boldly sold
To the King who bled on Calvary’s tree,
Redeeming the broken, setting captives free.
Verse by verse, in trials’ fierce refrain,
The faithful scribe their story through joy and pain:
A mother’s prayer at dawn’s first light,
A laborer’s hands callused in the fight
Against the shadows of a fallen world,
Where love’s quiet banner is unfurled.
No epic halls or laurels bright adorn
The servant’s path, worn thin by thorns;
Yet in each act of mercy, each forgiving word,
Echoes the Savior’s voice, profoundly heard.
Feeding the hungry, clothing the bare,
Bearing the cross with unwavering stare—
These are the stanzas, bold and true,
Penned by hearts transformed, made anew.
Oh, heroic souls, in humble rhyme you shine,
Reflecting Christ’s light, eternally thine.
For in serving Him, the poem unfolds,
A testament of glory, in stories untold.
Every knee bent low, every voice raised high,
Proclaims the Savior who reigns on high.
Live on, dear servants, in this sacred art,
Your lives a masterpiece, close to His heart.
For Jesus, our Lord, the Author of all,
Turns obedience to ode, and weakness to call.
Amen.
