Betrayal upon betrayal,

upon betrayal, upon betrayal,

this is the agony our precious

and blessed Lord and Savior

had to live through to secure

the Salvation of our souls.

And if we truly and passionately

are following Jesus Christ in all

our ways, this is the path we

will find ourselves on as well.

And so when betrayal happens

and our Triune God says it will,

may we all say, blessed are

we, blessed are you, blessed

am I for great is your reward in

Heaven. Saints blessed are we!
