He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?
Micah 6:8 (KJV)
But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.
Galatians 6: 14 (KJV)
There was only one disciple, John, who stayed
with Jesus near the Cross until the very end until
His Master and Savior’s suffering was done. May
we be that loving, faithful, loyal, enduring one
that stays near their Savior no matter what the
cost. May we, as beloved followers of Jesus Christ,
royal heirs, chosen by the King of Kings and Lord
of Lords as citizens of Heaven always boldly,
courageously, victoriously stay near the Cross,
always in the Word, in prayer so that we can
act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with
our God. May we stay close to our blessed
and precious Savior not cultural relevance,
progressivism, or a corrupt church that thinks
the prosperity of the pocket and lack of suffering
is indicative of the blessings of Jesus Christ, our
incomparable Lord and soon coming King of Kings.
May we be that loving, faithful, loyal, bold, and courageous
disciple that has nothing to glory in but by staying near
the saving, blessed, bloodied, beautiful, bounteous, beloved,
breath-taking, Cross of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord!
