Bloodied, stained with injustice, false accusations,

and disciples tears. Bore the Holy weight of

perfect divinity, a symbol of salvation’s gift.

If it could, weeping bark-filled tears

for the honor of bearing the weight

of the Savior of all humanity on

two planks of wood.  It is the sin

freeing, blood procured precious

Cross of Jesus Christ. Universal

symbol of our Savior’s anguish

and immeasurable love that tells 

the world of Jesus gift to all who will

accept and believe Jesus Christ as Lord!
